- How the baby food industry marketing practices influence feeding decisions and public health,
- How governments enforce legislation to protect against these marketing practices,

Les invitamos a conmemorar con nosotros el 40.º aniversario de la adopción del Código Internacional de Comercialización de Sucedáneos de la Leche Materna (el Código) por la 34.ª Asamblea Mundial de la Salud.
Celebremos nuestros logros aprendiendo sobre el Código y dotémonos de los medios necesarios para aplicar el Código en el plano nacional. Contaremos con ponentes destacados que abordarán los temas siguientes:
- los logros del Código en sus 40 años de vida;
- la forma en que las prácticas de comercialización de la industria de alimentos para lactantes influyen en las decisiones sobre la alimentación y la salud pública;
- cómo los Gobiernos velan por el cumplimiento de la legislación para proteger a la población de estas prácticas de comercialización, y
- instrumentos y estrategias para fortalecer el Código y las ulteriores resoluciones en los próximos años.
Los testimonios de Gobiernos de países de todo el mundo sobre las estrategias que han usado para proteger a las madres y los lactantes de la comercialización y promoción inapropiadas de los sucedáneos de la leche materna y las historias de las madres a las que afecta directamente el Código serán fuente de inspiración y de motivación para participar.

40年前，《国际母乳代用品销售守则》（《守则》）在第三十四届世界卫生大会上通过。2021年5月21日，我们诚邀您参加《守则》的40周年庆祝活动，共同庆祝这一重要时刻。
通过该庆祝活动，与会人员将了解《守则》所取得的成就，并做好准备持续推动《守则》在各国的实施。活动邀请了知名人士就以下主题进行分享：
——《守则》在过去40年中的成就；
——婴幼儿食品行业的营销行为如何影响喂养行为和公共卫生；
——政府如何通过强化执法来规范相关的营销行为；
——在今后数年中加强《守则》和随后相关决议的工具和战略。
让我们共同聆听来自世界各国政府的讨论，包括相关国家出台了哪些战略，以保护母亲和婴儿免受母乳代用品的不当营销和推广手段的影响。同时通过《守则》受益的妈妈们将会分享她们的感人亲身经历。这些信息一定会让我们深受启发，并投身于与守则相关的事业中。
庆祝活动由“全球母乳喂养团体”发起，其中包括联合国儿童基金会、世界卫生组织以及25所以上的著名国际机构，它们致力于向各国政府、决策者、发展伙伴和民间社会进行呼吁，希望其能增加对各国母乳喂养工作的投入。

Приглашение к участию в мероприятии
Приглашаем к участию в мероприятии, посвященном 40-летию со дня принятия тридцать четвертой сессией Всемирной ассамблеей здравоохранения Международного свода правил по сбыту заменителей грудного молока («Свода правил»).
Отметим наши достижения, узнав о Своде правил, и подготовимся к использованию инструментов для его реализации на страновом уровне. Темы основных выступлений:
- достижения в осуществлении Свода правил за 40 лет;
- последствия маркетинговой практики производителей детского питания для выбора продуктов питания младенцев и здоровья населения;
- законодательные меры правительств для защиты от такой маркетинговой практики;
- инструменты и стратегии усиления Свода правил и резолюции, принимавшиеся в последующие годы.
Почувствуйте свою причастность и вдохновитесь рассказами государственных должностных лиц из разных стран мира об используемых ими стратегиях для защиты матерей и младенцев от ненадлежащей маркетинговой практики и рекламы заменителей грудного молока, а также самих матерей о важности Свода правил.
Мероприятие организуется Глобальным сообществом за грудное вскармливание, включая ЮНИСЕФ, Всемирную организацию здравоохранения и свыше 25 ведущих международных учреждений, призывающих правительства, разработчиков политики, партнеров по развитию и гражданское общество увеличить вложения средств в кампании за грудное вскармливание по всему миру.
Мероприятие пройдет 21 мая 2021 г. с 14:00 до 15:30 по центральноевропейскому времени (8:00 по нью-йоркскому времени, 14:00 по женевскому времени, 15:00 по времени Найроби, 17:00 по времени Исламабада, 21:00 по токийскому времени) на английском, французском, испанском, русском, китайском, арабском и португальском языках. Convidamos a todos a comemorar o 40.º aniversário da adoção do Código Internacional de Comercialização de Substitutos do Leite Materno (Código) pela 34.ª Assembleia Mundial de Saúde.
Vamos celebrar nossas conquistas aprendendo sobre o Código e conhecendo os meios necessários para aplicar o Código em nível nacional. Contaremos com palestrantes destacados que abordarão os seguintes temas:
- Conquistas do Código em 40 anos de vida;
- Como as práticas de comercialização das industrias de alimentos para lactentes influenciam as decisões sobre alimentação e sobre saúde pública;
